9-tabling on my new laptop - woo hoo!

Just off to bed after my first 9-tabling session. Quite liked it and I think I got lucky - not sure - a bit of a blur. Played for 90 mins and now I have to get to sleep with my head buzzin'.

I love this new laptop with its big screen. I was playing the <10c NL tables and sat down with a total of $65 and stood up with $121.90. The best thing is that there was no temptation to play KQo from MP. If anything, 72o with a couple of QQ, JJ hands on the go is a relief. I think I'll give it another go again soon.

It didn't fell like it. I'm just importing the hand histories now.

OK, my post was wrong as I started with $95, bad maths on my side 7 * $10, plus 2 * $5. I'll leave the original post to impress those that don't bother to look at the comments.

VPIP = 22.4%, WTSD = 6.5%, Steal = 43.2% (this is my strong point after reading a great 2+2 ost), AFT 1.6.

Not sure if there stats are good or bad. I do know that I played 411 hands and had fun.

I now know that PokerOffice calculates perfectly as its result was +$36.90 which is spot on.

Thanks for the comment.

Bugga - too early. That only adds up to $80. I can't find the difference but it'll be in my maths.

i'm guessin that vpip is pretty high - were the full ring?

They were all FR, that's the only way I get enough time to bounce between them and make reasonable decisions.

Also, whilst the VPIP is high, it is mostly blind stealing with me in late position and 1st to enter the pot.

Betting pot in these spots costs $1.75 and picks up the pot well over 50% of the time.

Of the others, it's usually a blind calling and they miss the flop 2/3 of the time. When they check, I c-bet and they fold.

I guess that is what makes a LAG style look laggy with not as loose perhaps as it appears.

The other upside is that QQ in middle position at these levels can get someone fighting back and then I just shove and get called occassionally.

It seemed to work last night, but a very small sample size. Inspired by LeatherAss's 300K hands per month attitude to grinding - each hand played = $x.xx. Then he just puts in the hours.

If I rack up more hours, I'd be interested in getting probed further to find more leaks in my game.
